Bande Properties was established in 2013 by Mr Machevele who is Civil engineer by profession. He holds the qualification of Bsc Structural Engineering from Wits University, S4 Civil engineering diploma from Wits Technikon, Doornfontein Campus. He was later joined by Mr Ramalivhana who hold a diploma in Safety management and is a safety specialist. The company is comprised of 98 permanent employees and have 12 domestic sub-contractors (6 for building construction and 6 for civil works)
At Bande Properties we take pride in our staff and suppliers. Proudly this has allowed us to maintain our standing of a Level 4 Contributor with 100% Procurement Recognition Level in our BBBEE status. Bande Properties is also 100% BBBEE Rated.
